Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1. Your full name and order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, improper storage or handling of products after delivery, or individual skin reactions or sensitivities.
