Every skin type is unique, and we encourage customers to carefully review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before full application. While our products are thoughtfully formulated, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse skin responses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once orders have been shipped and left our facility, Flower Creek Farm Company LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly and that packages are delivered to a secure location. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.
