About the ingredients:

Hibiscus is Rich in Antioxidants, containing high levels of antioxidants like vitamins C and E. The alpha-hydroxy acids gently exfoliate, helping to remove dead skin cells for smoother, more youthful-looking skin. Hibiscus has anti-inflammatory effects that can help calm irritated skin, and the natural acids and vitamin C in hibiscus can help brighten the skin by promoting even skin tone.

Aloe vera is known for its soothing and hydrating properties, making it perfect for calming irritated skin. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which can help with things like acne, redness, or dryness.

Rhubarb root contains compounds that can have astringent or skin-tightening properties, promoting a fresh and clean complexion.

Ingredients: saponified grass fed tallow, coconut oil, sunflower oil, hibiscus tea, aloe juice, rhubarb root, essential oils of lavender, Ylang Ylang and geranium.

About Our Tallow:

We locally source only the highest quality suet to render into tallow. It is rendered by hand in small batches. Tallow is a skin-nourishing, ancient remedy for skincare. It is abundant in vitamins A, D, E, and K, and is closer to our own skin on a cellular level than any plant based oil. Our skin recognizes it as its own sebum, and readily absorbs it. In fact, the Latin word sebum means tallow!
